students

We are always looking for new talent and ideas to grow our organization.
We are able to do what we do because of the hard work of our volunteers and students in our community working alongside us.
All interested volunteers must complete the volunteer form no later than Sept. 10 for Fall Semester and January 20 for Spring Semester.
If you are interested in getting involved with the Pomona Day Labor Center, please fill out this volunteer form

I would like to thank all of the students who take their spare time to help the Hornaleros
. Especially since my father is one of them (hornalero). I appreciate everything you guys/gals do. My father has showed me the dvd
That was made, showing all the support you give them… and i too know the hard work
They do bc I’ve had the privilege to work side by side with some of these hard workers digging trenches, removing tree stump’s, etc.

You have my gratitude for everything your doing for them and will continue to do

I am interested in helping out as a volunteer in filling out immigration paperwork for your clients. I have many years of experience as an immigration consultant.

    To Whom It My Concern,
I am an immigration consultant licensed and bonded by the State of California. I have not taken the bar exam, but I have a law degree from the University of La Verne. I am certified by Catholic Legal Immigration Network in which I learned a lot about the immigration laws of the United States.
I am available if anyone needs help in filling out immigration papers. I am offering my services free of charge as I believe the high price that lawyers charge is unnecessary and is not affordable by many.
I teach full time at the University of La Verne. However, I am available all day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. While I do not speak Spanish, I have used students before from La Verne to accompany me and do the translation. I am more than willing to travel to a person’s home or meet at a place they desire.
If you know of anyone who needs help, let me know or give my contact information to them.
    Sincerely,
    Pat Widolff
